Why I’m Splitting Up My Channels

Here’s why I’m reorganizing and what it means for you..

PLEASE READ: Hey fam, hope all is well! I’ve been up since the crack of dawn getting things organized to make everything clearer, especially as we head into 2025. I’ve got multiple channels now, each serving a different purpose, so if you see changes, don’t worry! I’m not going anywhere. Things are just getting separated for clarity, and I hope you’ll subscribe to the topics you’re into and turn on notifications. Not everything is fully set up yet, but this will make things easier for all of us.

Here’s how things are shaking out:

🛎️  @OctaviaLifeMusic  – This is my new music channel where all new releases will be posted, along with song storytime, behind-the-scenes insights, my creative process, Sabbath songs, and everything music-related. Livestreams will also be happening there soon! We’ve hit our first 50 subscribers, so livestreaming is right around the corner! (And just so you know, this Substack you’re reading will focus on music content moving forward.)

🛎️  @HeadUpShouldersBack  – This channel is an extension of the HUSB Club, focused on inspiring you to use your gifts to grow—not just professionally to make money, but also spiritually and emotionally. I’ll continue diving into the inward work while sharing insights from my 15+ years of turning my passion into income outside the 9-to-5 grind. #HUSB

🛎️  @shetalkingthattruth  – Here’s where I’ll be giving myself permission to feel and speak my mind. I’ll dive into deeper topics in society, especially as they pertain to African Americans. Subscribe only if you’re truly interested in these kinds of conversations and aren’t easily offended by strong personal views.

As for the channel you most likely came to know me on, @octaviaakaQueenO, it will remain as the archive for my journey up until now, including older Hadassah Queen O music and videos.

If you’re not planning to fully engage with the content or are not interested in these topics, feel free to unsubscribe. It actually helps the growth of the channel when creators get real engagement from their audience. It’s a good time to stick around if you’re into what I’m offering; otherwise, I totally get it, and no hard feelings!
